This air deflector is used between OEM #HV003 and #HV004 units. It ensures the highest volume of air flow through the core.

Top tank:
This tank has two 1.62 diameter hose connections separated by a baffle
1/4″ NPT coupling for an expansion fitting
1/2″” NPT flange for a fill line
A mounting ear on each end to attach frames
Bottom Tank:
This tank has a 1/4″” NPT coupling for an expansion fitting
1/2″” NPT flange for a fill line
A mounting ear on each end to attach frames
Side Frames:
These frames have eight slotted mounting holes
6 – 3/8″” diameter holes to attach to another complete unit (OEM #HV004 or set #081409A)
Holes to allow access to the 1/4″” NPT fittings
Note: this set comes supplied with four washer bars 7.50″” long with 5 bolt holes

Top Tank:
This tank has two 2.00 diameter hose connections 2.75″ long and separated by a baffle
1/4″” NPT flange for an expansion fitting
Threaded mounting block on each end for attaching side frames
Bottom Tank:
This tank has a 1/4″” NPT fitting for a drain cock
Threaded mounting blocks on each end of the tank
Side Frames:
These frames have 4 – 1/2″” wide by 1.25″” long slotted holes for bolting side frames to the tank
This set comes with four long washer bars and four short washer bars.
