This surge tanks has a 1 3/8 diameter hole for a filler neck in the top, a bracket with one slotted hole and one clearance hole, two 3/8″ fittings and four 1/4″ NPT fittings on one end, a 1/4″ NPT a 1/2″ NPT and a 1/8″ NPT fitting on the opposite end with a bolt-on connection, two mounting brackets on the bottom, and a 1″ diameter heater bypass hose on the bottom. There is a baffle inside the tank for added strength.
